These groups provide references services and manage moderated discussion on specific topic areas. They assert no legal or informal rights to the unofficial topical or reference channels they've reserved on the network. Groups in this category may provide cloaks, or virtual hostnames, to their affiliated users, in one of the following reserved top level domains:
