Group Registration Form - freenode only

Please use this form to enter a freenode contact record for your organization and/or projects. Make sure you're read the explanation of group registration. Provide as much information as you can, to help us research your application to make sure your status as contact is sanctioned officially by your project or group. We keep your contact information private in accordance with our privacy policy.

Please note that this form is for submission of a GRF-f (GRF-freenode): this is a variation on the GRF (Group Registration Form) which, since it requests less personal information than the conventional GRF, can be processed more quickly. If you specifically wish for your project to form a relationship with PDPC rather than only freenode, please contact staff on freenode.
